Once you have completed a course with contact hours, your certificate will be available on the course page or on your Dashboard to review and print. Can I complete courses using a tablet or mobile device?
Course loading and operating performance is most optimal on a laptop or desktop browser. Courses may not mark complete on a tablet, and most are not available for viewing on mobile.
What if my course isn't showing complete?
In order for a course to be marked complete, all content presented in the courses must be reviewed and if applicable, all knowledge check questions must be answered. The webpage may need to be refreshed after you’ve exited a course for the status of the course to be updated.
If a course you have taken is still not showing as complete, please send us an e-mail with the name of the course and date you completed it.
Can I retake a course that I have completed?
You can launch and retake a course that you have completed and you will receive a new completion and contact hours certificate. It is your responsibility to determine eligibility of the new certificate towards your license requirements. A course retaken in the same license renewal cycle may not be accepted by the accredited organizations. Medtronic is not responsible for monitoring license renewal guidelines pertaining to each individual trainee.
I attended an in-person Medtronic program and did not receive my certificate. What should I do?
Medtronic does offer continuing education for some in-person programs. When applicable, the process for obtaining credit certificates will be advertised at the program. If you have attended a Medtronic program that offered continuing education and did not receive your certificate, please contact us. Please provide your full name, the program name, date, and location.
